Product arrived package nicely amd appeared to be in good shape however once plugged in , the dvd player did not work. Tried everything but to no avail it was garbage. Seller was amazing and immediately refunded my money, so on the sellers behalf I have nothing negative to say other than maybe he/she should test items before selling them.
