This seller performs miracles! I got ahold of a Ryzen 7 5700G CPU that had major pin damage, I was told it was placed in the wrong socket. Found this seller and sent some questions through, and they were very happy to answer them. I decided to purchase their repair listing and sent the CPU. I received it back a few weeks later and it's running like it is brand new!!! I'm so glad this worked out and if I every obtain another damaged CPU I will be sending it their way.
