I'm pleased with the jigsaw and it appears to be as described in the listing. I was unhappy with the packaging and postage costs, but the seller was quick to respond to my concerns. Dispatch time could have been quicker, or at least an explanation for the delay would have been appreciated, but overall, I'd be happy to buy from them again.
