Received a faulty laptop. Contacted at 4pm on Friday (day it arrived). Explained I needed a quick resolution as I need this for work. Told I’d need to print out a label to return it via the post office (tricky without a computer!! Advised to go to a public library to print it out!) When asked when the label would arrive: Monday. Probably best to go to another seller. Happy to update if a faster resolution is reached.
