The listing was incorrect as ebay had relisted a sold item at the wrong price and info. I advised the buyer this was no longer available for sale but i could acquire one from contacts but at a higher price. Buyer declined and asked to cancel which i did and refunded him promptly. I sell items in other places and my listings do state to ask before purchase to see if still available which buyer didnt. it was out of stock, i tried to help to get this from elsewhere which he declined.
