Missold the item, and when I flagged this, claimed they ‘did lots of work to make me satisfied’, when in fact very little research was done. I returned the item much to their dismay, and they made no attempt to return my payment. eBay stepped in and the case is now, thankfully resolved.

Unnecessary vitriol- You have been refunded within 24 hours of receipt of returned item. I had to ask eBay to step in and assist as the refund would not go through normally- not as you state. There are 2 sides to a story and my previous feedback speaks volumes against your fabricated nonsense.
