Bought 2 of these for my twins. Opted for a pink one and a dark grey one. The pink one came half the size of the grey one and the grey one had an elephant head on it which was not my choice. Contacted seller several times and kept getting same message back to claim a refund. There is no option to claim refund only to return. When I messaged seller and told them this, I got no reply at all. Absolutely ridiculous
