Please note that dates provided by eBay are estimates. Customer wanted a full refund the moment they did not arrive by the estimate. Tried to explain that the estimates are based on averages but customer wanted a full refund immediately, even though the balloons were likely to arrive any day and still in time for the party. We advised that if they arrived later, we would accept a return for a full refund too. Never heard back after this and never returned the balloons after they arrived.
