Refunded for unreported VAT/voec digitally so I got a letter from my custom to ask me to pay for supposedly unpaid VAT and was also charged for service fees. I already paid vat on ebay so if it was reported when it was shipped, there should be no problem. Advice to buyers to remind sellers this as so much troubles when one get a letter from custom, extra service fees is quite expensive too, ebay doesn't refund that so buyer needed to work extra to get it back from seller.
