I don’t usually leave negative feedback unless there is no alternative. I paid almost $100 for my pitcher and wash basin. I would expect with something so fragile and breakable a seller would take EVERY precaution. It arrived dirty and had a big chip in the basin. I contacted the seller and they could care less . Very argumentative even though I sent a picture of the piece that broke off. This wasn’t even wrapped in bubble wrap. Very disappointed. Don’t recommend this seller at all!

The buyer questioned how I shipped the tub and pitcher that she paid $65. I used bubble wrap pads around both pieces and filled the box with paper stock stuffing so the items wouldn't move or touch each other. She said that a tiny piece of porcelain was in the box. She sent me a picture if a tiny piece but it could be from anything. She did not send me a picture of the actual item with a chip of any kind. She threatened me with negative feedback. It is an old piece and it was listed as used.
