Unfortunately the buyer is claiming I am responsible for the USPS smashing my items. This is quite common for those of us who ship. The buyer is holding me responsible for the lack of care shown by the shipping service. My items are always carefully wrapped and there is only so much I can do on my end. The buyer refused any sort of help, or assistance in getting reimbursed from myself or them, and decided to make a misleading claim of insufficient packing. I wish the buyer the best.
