The product is perfect! The seller was understanding and shipped the product expeditiously and returned my email promptly, so no issues with them. I did, however, receive several emails from DHL claiming that I needed to pay extra duty costs and that if I didn’t prepay, I’d have to pay on arrival. There was no way to prepay with any link I was sent and no invoice was delivered. It didn’t go to the local post office, nor did I have to pay any extra charges. Was it a scam?? IDK
