I'm not happy at all. They just stick the bird inside the box AS IS. It came broken. It was a gift. I had to fix it myself using a glue B7000. The wings came broken, the antenna of the bird came detached, the beak I had to fix plus the feet. And it did not come with tag. I messaged the seller regarding to my refund and yet there was no reply from this seller. The seller did not put any effort on wrapping it. No bubble wrap no paper around to protect it. Came broken. Refund me. I had to fix it!!

Thank you for your purchase. We ship our birds wrapped in tissue paper in sturdy boxes, and personally inspect each item before shipment. We created a return and offered to refund in full once the item was returned to us. Unfortunately, the buyer closed the return. We will always work with a buyer when reasonable requests are made.
