Seller told me that she was shipping the item. She cancelec6 order the next day without communication. I had already waited more than 3 days for shipping. This is not good customer service.

I'm sorry you were disappointed in my canceling of the order. I did communicate to you that I had to cancel the order because for the first time in five years of reselling I could not find the item. I had 3 business days to ship. I let you know after spending hours of sifting through inventory on the next day that I could not find the item. I apologized profusely and canceled the order so you could get a full refund. In this case that was the best way to provide good customer service.
