They wrapped lg brown envelope w/thin clear plastic & sticker "we care" w/a line of BS. Post office held package for 3 weeks & lied by stating it was in transit. This was "before" the storms/floods & the arson fires taking place in the Carolinas. FYI: all post offices have the "actual" detailed info - go to ur USPS if u have delays.
