Terms and Conditions:
 
1. 7-Day refund Policy: An item may be returned within 7 days of the delivery for a full refund (excluding postage and packaging). It must be ensured that the items are unused and returned in their original packaging to claim a refund; otherwise damage packaging would include its repair charge. We will not be responsible for the items lost/damaged during the return transit. Therefore, we recommend buyers to return the item/s via Recorded Delivery. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
2.Refund On Correctly Supplied Goods: We will accept returns on correctly supplied goods or if buyer purchased incorrectly - however return postage and a 15% restocking charge will be paid by the customer.
 
3. Faulty Item/s: It is highly unlikely that the item/s delivered is faulty as they are thoroughly examined before we send. However, in such a case, item/s must be returned back to us and we will ask our specialist to examine it again and once item/s is checked, then the refund will be issued.
 
4. Lost Items: It is tried to ensure that you receive your item/s on time and in a perfect conditions through various channels. If item/s is lost, then claims could be made subjected to thorough investigation. We will only refund on lost items when all channels have been investigated.
 
5. Warranty: The item/s warranty is limited to exchange, repair or replacement of parts only. Our liability in respect of the defective goods at the company’s discretion or a full refunds of the goods, provided that;
a) The unit has not been abused, damaged by neglect, altered or modified in any way.
b) The purchaser shall, upon discovering any defect in part, return it to the seller with a receipt showing the date and place and place of purchase, and particulars sufficient to enable the matter complained of, to be identified.
 
6. Buyers Workmanship fault: No refunds on the Starter Motors/Alternators, if failure is due to Workmanship fault (Fitter Fault).

Exactly what I needed! Installed the Alternator in my Toyota Estima Lucida 2.2 Diesel and it started right up no problems.
