Item was shipped prompt and received fast. Upon receipt and power-up, discovery was made that one monitor was badly damaged, only visible once power was on. Contacted seller and they sent out a replacement same day, arrived next morning. Quality used monitors and impeccable customer service which is hard to find these days.
