500 characters is not enough to explain my anger at this. 5 weeks after ordering and 6 days before stated due delivery and I contact to confirm. "Oh, I was going to contact you....." " We've only just started the build..." "just noticed your address...." "£250 extra. Delivery? - Probably January...." Wait for it - I should have contacted them at the start and this could have been sorted then. WHAT???? I had to chase them with 6 days to go...... Got a refund - wow.

I informed the customer that due to members of staff isolating, so we were running behind on all our builds. Until we start building items we do not print off details, that is when I noticed that they lived North Scotland, which from South Wales would be a 1200 mile round trip, I informed the customer that we could not deliver this distance for our standard delivery charge.
