I'm not sure why you didn't just contact me with your concerns. I would have been very happy to look into this. Also, it was never pre-worn...ever. None of my items are previously worn. The description does very clearly state that it was "distressed." That's intentional. As for the size, there is a strap on the back that can adjust the fit. Where exactly are you putting this cap?? I've sold many of these hats and all my other customers have been very pleased with what they received.
