1)You must first notify us by writing or email within 24 hours of reciept that you wish to return an item.
2)Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs, we recommend registered post via Royal mail or ebay tracked returns labels (return postage costs are non refundable).
3)Items must be returned in exact condition received, should have if applicable original barcode tags attached. All garments carry a stock identity tag, this must still be attached to the garment.
Items must be returned with the invoice/despatch note you received and a note explaining reason for return.
(Items may be tried on once momentarily),must be returned unworn with tags attached in original packaging to qualify for a refund.No refunds will be given if the above is not adhered to. Retailers are entitled to make a deduction up to 50% from the refund for any diminution in value of the returned goods due to handling which “goes beyond the sort of handling that might reasonably be allowed in a shop”.
We have the right to deduct monies from refunds where goods show signs of unreasonable use leading to diminished value. I.e. damage or wear and tear where the item has not just been checked but used. I will not refund on items that are sent back with make up on, pet hairs, strong perfume or smoke smells. You must take care when in receipt of goods.
 
Please note we need Physical possession of all returned goods before a refund will be issued. Tracking numbers alone are not sufficient evidence that an item has been sent back.The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

Cancelling goods and services (The Consumer Contracts Regulations)
 
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

Return postage is at your own cost and risk.You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
 
Exemptions from right to cancel
There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give you a right to cancel.
Goods if you've broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items and tailor-made or personalised items.Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
They also include goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that's been broken.
