    Nice late 1960s South Vietnam postcard with postage stamps as described, packed in protective sleeve. Postage stated it was 'free' when I checked out to pay. Later I received a note from seller to send postage payment to his PayPal account, which I did. While this seller has rare and unique stamp postcard/covers take note postage is 'free' only if you don't pay later.
