Shipping was very slow. Bought on the 14th, didn’t ship out until the 20th. 7 days to ship a pair of brake levers?
In addition, and more importantly, no care was taken in packaging. The levers were simply thrown loose in shipping mailer, banging around against each other. The levers definitely have scratches that weren’t there before they were shipped, after comparing photos.
Won’t do business with again.
