No where in the original listing did it say used, nor non returnable Altho eBay has claims or items being returnable. The listing stated “new open box” oppose to “used”; not the original box & no manual. steamer was definitely used because there was discolor on the steamer head from a lot. Happy to say the steamer is working efficiently.
