    I bought the wrong item and asked to cancel and refund before items was shipped. Reply was In creating the shipping label and beginning the processing, we ve already invested in the shipping and handling cost . I ASKED USPS AND THEY SAID SHIPPING LABEL CAN BE VOIDED UP TO 28 DAYS, seller not willing to work with me. NOT HONEST SELLER , BE AWARE !!!!! ALSO SELLER DID NOT REPLY MY MESSAGES!!

    It is unfortunate the buyer did not carefully read the description or refund policies before their purchase. We intentionally offer very fast processing as a service to our customers. While someone might be able to void labels purchased directly through USPS, we had already invested the time to process the order and purchased a USPS label through eBay, which is different than purchasing directly. We did reply to the buyer's messages and our description of the item was 100% accurate.
