The seller responded immediately when I let them know that the parcel had not been received and fortunately the wipers were undamaged, so although the delay was annoying I would still use this seller again - but please use a different courier :-)

If this tin was in a shop - Iā€™d have picked another. So not in perfect condition. In fairness. the seller offered me a refund. But for the value of the item, it would cost me more in time/ fuel to return it. Seemingly honest seller, so taking a reasonable view.
