    This merchant did not send me the item I ordered. I have sent them a message, including a picture of the wrong item they shipped. They have not responded. I will not buy anything from this merchant again. They obviously do not feel the item I ordered, and therefore just substituted the product instead of communicating with me.

    The seller does not take responsibility for the wrong the do. I ordered a certain cologne and the sent one similar to it. But not the one I purchased rather than the one in the picture. And when I messaged about the error they have made. They said “In face it’s the same product, just different bottle.” I’ve read some bad reviews on them but decided to give the benefit of doubt, since there was more good reviews. But I was wrong. And it took almost a whole month to come in.
