Excellent seller! Unfortunately, the book I ordered had been sold at their brick-and-mortar shop before my order was placed, but were quick to alert me and they even offered to track down an identical copy and forward it to my address. They were very polite and apologetic, and could have simply issued a refund and moved on; but offering to find me another copy, buy it, and send it to me says a lot about how this store does business. This was, seriously, the best experience I've ever had buying books online. Not only was the book itself, published about 20 years ago, in great shape, it was shipped as if it was a piece of rare china. Packing paper; bubble-wrap, all shipped in a clean sealed cardboard box.
