The watch worked perfectly fine when it was returned to me. This was a user error. You have to rotate the ring around the screen to access notifications, swiping left and right will not work on this specific device. The buyer did not ask for troubleshooting tips, but instead was very irate and rude. They also sent a hateful note in the package upon returning it to me. Some buyers cannot be reasoned with.
