The first time I went to test this sprayer, I added 2 gallons water and a charged battery. It turned on but wouldn't spray. I spent an hour checking the hose, wands, etc., and got online to try to get some answers. Nothing worked. The seller doesn't accept returns on this item, so I emailed them asking what they would recommend. More than 24 hours later, no response. I contacted Ryobi, and they had me send it back to them for repair/replacement. Horrible customer service on a broken item.
