The typewrite didn't work when I first received it. I contacted the seller and he suggested I buy a new ribbon. I did that and it still didn't work. He then accused me of not knowing how to operate a typewriter. Wouldn't even consider letting me return it for a refund. Will not do business with someone who doesn't respect their customers.
