Item was bought, never shipped. Resisted under another buyer name, same pictures, same missing piece of the bezel. Seller doesn't answer questions unless eBay steps in.

Item was shipped, tracking was provided. Buyer let us know about lack of update via fedex & we refunded the buyer once we confirmed there was a lack of movement.
Buyer opened an item not received claim & we refunded them less than 24hours later.
Ebay never had to step it at any point.
We communicated and refunded the Buyer without ebay.
Several messages were exchanged between the buyer & us.(once, again without ebay having to step in at any point)
