Hello, This is my first deal with this vendor on Ebay, won't use again, do not endorse. I love my product, but did not enjoy the process of buying or receiving it. It took 13 days to receive the item after I paid for it in full. Item has a funny smell to it, like it wasn't washed before shipping. Also, I contacted the vendor TWICE asking them about Where is My Item? because tracking online wasn't showing me anything, and vendor did NOT respond. Bad on you, not responding? That is not cool.
