I haven't received the item. Evri claimed to have delivered it to my address on 18.05.2024 at 20.31 but I was at work when this supposedly happened and I live alone so nobody else here took delivery. Evri has posted a proof of delivery photo that is inside 'an address' but it is not my address. The seller does not appear to be taking this seriously as it's been almost a week since I messaged them. Just waiting until the 31.05. to start a case with eBay. Completely dissatisfied.

Today I was accused of not responding to Evri so apparently they have closed the missing item case. I showed proof that I responded to Evri on 22.05 so they just haven't bothered to deal with it, they really are a shower of 5h1t. Seller also tried to bribe me to change honest negative feedback.
