I bought this knowing that it was an open/refurbished product and the company lists that it does accept returns but buyer pays for returns. I knew there was a chance this wouldn’t work but I knew when I placed the order that if it did not work I would not be returning it. Sadly it does not work but I am not bothering with a replacement. I knew what I was getting into. The seller did accept a lower offer and was quick to respond to my offer, quick to ship, and had the product packaged well.
