The items weren't what I expected, they aren't doing what I expected, they don't have suction to either insert or remove the sclera lenses. I'd like to ship them back and get different items.

Contacted customer and communicated that these plungers are meant for insertion of the scleral lenses, not removal. You don't want suction when inserting your scleral lens as this makes the insertion of the lens more difficult (opposing force).
Nonetheless, happily provided a refund. Be well and be blessed.
