Item arrived exactly as pictured, with everything present and accounted for. I primarily got this to record tv shows, only to discover that you need to register the unit beforehand. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible, as Archos no longer supports these. I had done some research, but none of the reviews I found mentioned the registration, so I didn't know. But, it makes a great video/music player!
