On opening the package the items were intact with exception of the bowl, it was broken in half into three pieces. This is the second time in a row I have been in receipt of broken China. I Have to say there was not enough packing to protect the items, otherwise they will be loose in the box and not stand up to the rigours of transit.

I can say that these items were packed and secured very well. Maybe if you are regularly receiving broken items, I would suggest a word with your postman.
