So very sorry. I did make every effort to correct my mistake. Labels were mistakenly placed wrong packages, ENTIRELY my fault as I replied to you in the messages we exchanged. I offered full refund if you returned wrong item, in addition I offered you anything $20 or less from my store. I OK'd the return and all you needed to do was return the item. You didn't follow through with anything. I do not know what else to do but refund your $4. Again so very sorry.
