Expected item arrived well-packed and on time. For potential users: this is not a natural blonde color, which I knew. I use it as a base to pre-lighten dark hair before adding a natural blonde color, which works great.

Seller listed the item as being in excellent condition. It wasn't, it had an obvious cut in it. I returned it to seller but they did not refund my return shipping costs. Very disappointing way for them to do business. I won't be buying from them again.
