INstructions on how to install these cartridges that DON'T WORK are useless. These are supposed to work out of the box. NOT!!!! Please credit back my account asap

I apologise for the inconvenience but you have purchased cartridges that are not compatible with your printer. Compatible printer models are clearly listed in the product description and item specifics. The listing also clearly states "Returns are not accepted, please make sure to read the detailed description carefully, inspect actual photos of the product, ask all questions and clarify concerns you might have before placing your order." Sorry but, I can not be held responsible in this case.
