This eBay seller's conduct is disappointing and dishonest. Negative reviews accurately reflect their unethical practices. They misrepresented items as new, but they were used, as shown in the attached photo. The absence of certificates confirms this deception. When confronted, the seller offered excuses, blaming estate sales. Despite attempts to address the issue, they evaded responsibility with lies. I had to file an eBay dispute for resolution. It's disheartening that such dishonesty exists.
