NVR needs original username and password which I have not been provided and manufacture has not sent me back any reply all my emails to them trying to get it reset so I can access the system

I'm sorry your having challenges, but as I recall you were sent a screen shot how to reset the NVR to factory restore via the Hik-Connect Application (or IVMS-4500) - Have you tried connecting to & using the application? I do not answer for Hikvision if you been attempting to email them for assistance and they are not responding.
