Hallo, leider liegt der Artikel schon seit 2 Wochen am Zoll. Die Begründung liegt in der falschen Deklarierung des Verkäufers. Morgen läuft die Lagerfrist ab. Ich habe nun unzählige Mails mit den erforderlichen Unterlagen an die Zollabhandlungsstelle geschrieben und viele Telefonate geführt. Die Ware wird jetzt freigegeben, allerdings mit erheblichen Mehrkosten. € 27,- Postverzollung plus € 5,50 Postversand. Wie bekomme diese Mehrkosten ersetzt ? Bitte um kurze Info. Danke. Sellers be aware of this buyer, he gave negative feedback because customs office in his country charged him with import charges. I am really not sure how I can be responsible for that. Note to all honest traders on Ebay, this type of members do not belong on Ebay. My 100% positive feedback before this negative one, speaks enough.
