We purchased a platter as a gift & had it shipped to a family member. There was an additional $20 for shipping.
We learned the item arrived dirty, it was poorly packaged in paper only and that the platter was cracked.
The seller was contacted with pictures of the cracked platter.
Seller apologized and asked for additional pictures of the packaging but, the family had thrown it away.
We never received a reply back or any resolution. Very disappointing.
