The pilling was noted in the detailed description, and up close photos of the areas in question were in the listing clearly showing the polling. Additionally, you are able to zoom into the photos in any listing if you *wished* to see areas of the item more up close. Buyer never contacted me about her issue and never responded to my message to rectify the situation. All I can say is - when in doubt, ask questions and/or additional photos when buying, especially pre-owned.
