Terrible experience. I won a bid for build-a-bear clothes, the description said they were in good condition. They arrived in a zip-lock bag, and the moment I opened the bag I was hit with a wall of smoke stench. The clothes smell so strongly that its been about a week since I received them and I still can't get the smell out. I reached out to the seller and they told me to return them for a refund, but I'd already washed them twice by then, and now I'm just invested in saving the clothes. 0/10
