It is an outright lie that I refused to ship the item back. If fact, the seller asked me to go outside eBay and ship it back at my own cost and they would reimburse me (against eBay’s rules). I asked the seller to expedite shipping the original item to make up for his mistake, and to do the return shipping through eBay. They didn’t like that and said”when I get the dvd player back I will relist the original item”. said I wanted the original item and go ahead and send it, no reply from them ever.

You are correct. In my rush to fix my mistake I asked you to send it back and I would refund you the shipping. However, after research, I found this was not how things needed to be done and redirected immediately to the Ebay procedure for this type of issue. Thank you for returning the item, I have refunded all monies due to you.
