I wanted the product item I had purchased and after saying it hasn’t arrived, but was never given the option or asked if I wanted a refund. I never requested a refund nor do I want one I still want the item I purchased and now I may have to go through the hole process agian. Very poor customer service felt I had no control since purchase was made. I STILL WANT THE ITEM I PURCHAED!
