Le client doit renvoyer la marchandise à Pescamania à ses frais dans les 10 jours suivant l'autorisation. La marchandise doit être retournée intacte, complète avec toutes ses pièces et dans son emballage d'origine (enveloppes et colis).

Le droit de rétractation est toutefois soumis aux conditions suivantes :

•le bien acheté doit être intact et retourné dans son emballage d'origine, complet dans toutes ses parties (y compris l'emballage et toute documentation et équipement accessoire).

•conformément à la loi, les frais de port relatifs au retour de la marchandise sont à la charge du client.

• l'expédition, jusqu'à ce qu'elle soit certifiée réception dans notre entrepôt, est sous l'entière responsabilité du client ;

• en cas de dommage à la marchandise pendant le transport, Pescamania informera le client de l'incident (dans les 5 jours ouvrables suivant la réception de la marchandise dans ses entrepôts), pour lui permettre de déposer rapidement une plainte contre le transporteur qu'il a choisi et d'obtenir un remboursement de la valeur du bien (si assuré); dans ce cas, le produit sera mis à disposition du client pour son retour, annulant simultanément la demande de rétractation ;

•Pescamania n'est en aucun cas responsable des dommages ou du vol/perte des marchandises retournées par des envois non assurés.

Sans préjudice des éventuels frais de restauration en cas de dommages constatés à l'emballage d'origine, Pescamania remboursera au client la totalité du montant déjà payé, net des frais d'expédition engagés, dans les 14 jours suivant le retour de la marchandise, par le biais d'une procédure de remboursement du montant facturé par virement. Il appartiendra au client de fournir dans les plus brefs délais les coordonnées bancaires permettant d'obtenir le remboursement (IBAN).

Le droit de rétractation est totalement perdu en raison du manque de la condition essentielle d'intégrité de la marchandise et dans le cas où des dommages au produit sont constatés pour des raisons autres que son transport.

En cas de perte du droit de rétractation, Pescamania retournera la marchandise achetée à l'expéditeur en facturant les frais d'expédition à l'expéditeur.
