Poor communication, emailed twice when the auction was live to confirm size to no response. Won the auction, paid and asked for collection address and again for the seller to confirm the item's size. Seller messages the next day that they have to cancel the order and refund. Reluctantly agree, but did not receive a refund until 2 days later when we opened a case through Ebay.
